
Youth Counselling
A wide range of counselling and therapy services tailored to young people aged 11-18, including: psychotherapy, person-centered counselling, psychodynamic counselling, CBT, and REBT. Creative approaches such as play therapy, Theraplay, and art therapy are also available, along with integrative family therapy.

Drop-in Cafés
Discover our nine drop-in cafés across Northamptonshire, providing a safe and welcoming space for young people to access free mental health support. Open Monday to Saturday, each café offers compassionate care — check opening times and locations to find one near you.

Happy Heads
Support for those under 11 years old to build confidence and resilience. Also support with transitioning from primary to secondary school.

Re:Start
Re:Start is for young people aged 16-25 in Northamptonshire and supports them on their mental health journey. Offering guidance, practical support, and connections to services, it helps those transitioning from CAMHS or seeking assistance to move forward with their mental well-being.

Support After Suicide
The Northamptonshire Support after Suicide Service is designed to provide guidance and support to families have have been bereaved by suicide. Both emotional and practical support is offered, including signposting. All referrals have to come from the coroner, and we can work with people of any age.

Emotional Coaching
Emotion Coaching is a research-based approach that helps parents and carers support children during emotional distress. Through group sessions or one-on-one coaching, it fosters empathy, emotional regulation, and harmony, creating calmer, more connected families.

LGBTQ+ Youth Groups
Come along to one of our very welcoming groups, to meet other like minded young people, have some fun and make new friends.
